  • How far in advance should I book my tour?
    We recommend that you book your tour at least two weeks in advance. However, we may be able to accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability.
  • How fast can I expect to receive a response from my inquiry?
    We are a boutique company dedicated to providing you with exclusive, personal services. We make every effort to respond to your inquiries as quickly as possible. If you have not heard from us within more than 24 hours, please send us a gentle reminder if you need an immediate response. Tip: Check to make sure our response hasn’t landed in your ‘junk mail’ folder if you have sensitive security settings.
  • Are your tours kid friendly?
    While our travel experiences are designed for adults of all ages, children are more than welcome to join! We will be better able to accommodate your children if you let us know the number and ages of the children who will be on the tour ahead of time.
  • What are the COVID safety precautions?
    In accordance with government rules and restrictions, face masks are required in every indoor and airconditioned venue excluding restaurants but including cars and buses. Masks are not required when outdoors, although social distancing rules are observed. These rules and restrictions are fluid and are subject to change. Cleanliness and the health and safety of our tours take high priority: Hand sanitizer and wipes are available to all tour participants and staff We regularly sanitize frequently touched areas Vehicles are sanitized before every tour
  • What is the best time of day for a tour?
    Our tour company offers several tour options from morning to evening. If you have a flexible schedule, we would suggest that the best time for a morning tour is 9:00 AM. Afternoon tours are best scheduled no later than 2:00 PM. The bottom line is that we will tailor the tour according to your schedule.
  • How long are the tours?
    As you will have the ability to choose the venues for the tour from our suggested options, the duration is in your hands. We are flexible and will accommodate your needs. The length of the tour will depend on your choice of itinerary, which can be tailor-made from our list of suggested destinations. We are flexible and will accommodate your needs.
  • Where will we go on our tour?
    Each of our tours are tailor-made and personalized. We customize all itineraries to your needs and preferences so no two tours are alike. Each itinerary is designed to include unique activities and authentic cultural experiences. You can consult our “Most popular attractions” page for your personal ‘most popular’ destination ideas, or choose from our "suggested tours” and let us know your preferences.
  • Where does the tour pick up and drop off?
    We will pick you up at your hotel, residence or any other specified location. Depending on the location, there may be an additional charge.
  • How strenuous will the tour be?
    That is up to you. Each destination is different, so once you have chosen your itinerary we will be happy to let you know how much walking will be involved.
  • Will other people be on our tour?
    Our tours are strictly private and there will be no other guests in the group aside from members of your party.
  • Will we be able to go shopping during the tour?
    Unless you explicitly request for us to do so, we will not take you souvenir shopping. We can stop at any time of your choice for a drink or snack.
  • What language will the tour be conducted?
    All tours will be conducted in English unless otherwise requested. We can also provide tours in Dutch and Spanish.
  • Who are the guides?
    The guides will be local and certified and mostly university educated
  • Who will drive us?
    Groups of up to 3 people will be driven by your guide. Groups larger than 3 people will require an additional driver and or larger vehicle. This will incur a surcharge (the surcharge covers both the extra driver and larger vehicle).
  • What kind of vehicles do you use?
    We use an SUV for groups of up to 3 people. Groups of up to 5 people will be transported in a minivan or a van ($150 surcharge) while groups consisting of more than 5 people will require a separate price quotation. All vehicles are climate controlled.
  • How many people can you accommodate?
    We cater primarily to small groups. However, we can tailor to groups of up to 50 people upon request.
  • Can you accommodate walkers, strollers, and wheelchairs?"
    Walkers and strollers are welcome. Unfortunately, our vehicles are not wheelchair accessible.
  • Do you provide infant car seats?
    Unfortunately, we are not able to provide infant car seats.
  • How are your tours priced?
    Our tours are based on a three-hour minimum for groups of up to three people. We will be happy to provide you with a quotation for groups larger than 3. The cost includes a professional tour guide, vehicle, fuel charges, free Wi-Fi, water bottles, and applicable taxes. Please note that meals, drinks, admissions tickets, event tickets and gratuities are not included.
  • What are your payment and refund policies?
    We require a $150 deposit for a full day tour ($100 for 3-4 hour tours) to secure the date and time of your tour. The deposit is non-refundable. Any unpaid balance will be due one week before your tour date. Payment methods: - PayPal (using - Zelle (using
  • What are your cancellation policies?
    We provide a 50% refund for cancellations up to 48 hours before the tour. Within 48 hours of the tour the payment is non-refundable with the exception of severe weather (rain not considered severe) in which case a 25% refund of the total fee paid is given.
